Program Description

Hydraulics Plus, Inc. uses SMS/MMS text messaging for customer care, account-related updates, service ticket updates, technician arrival or scheduling updates, project coordination, support follow-ups, and Business SMS testing or demonstration communications.

Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS/MMS messages from Hydraulics Plus, Inc., you agree to receive text messages from Hydraulics Plus, Inc. at the mobile number provided. Consent may be provided through a signed paper form, PDF or electronic form, verbal consent by phone or in person, or other documented opt-in method. Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on customer activity, service requests, account updates, project coordination, support tickets, or other business communications.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we may send a confirmation message and will stop sending SMS/MMS messages to that mobile number unless you provide consent again.
